Notecards and Hearts on PTHS Lockers

You can't go walking throughout the halls of Pequannock Township High School without noticing the note cards and occasional heart on lockers in every hallway.

The idea of adding handwritten note cards was thought of by the members of the Gay Straight Alliance Club, with the goal spreading positivity and helping everyone in the school feel accepted.

Hearts appeared on the lockers and other places in the school on Valentine's day as result of the thoughtfulness of the HOPE Club in order to raise awareness of domestic violence and promote healthy relationships.

Should anyone be in need of aid, the Guidance Department and the links on the hearts are always available.
