Welcome to all the new teachers and staff of Pequannock Township High School. New to the family this year is gym teacher and coach Michael Moschella, who was recently interviewed by Panther Press.

Moschella presently coaches track, football, and volunteers as a wrestling coach. He states that even though Pequannock is a busier area than where he used to work, it poses no challenge to him and that the other staff members are friendly and easy to get along with. He is accomplishing his goal of having a good relationship with the students, as he was already voted homecoming king.

Moschella’s main goal, which was one of his primary motivations to become a teacher, is to influence students in a positive way. Growing up, Mr. Moschella was inspired by his teachers and wants to replicate that very same feeling in his students. He is very thankful for how welcoming the school has been for him, and will continue to be the best teacher he can be.

Good luck, coach, and welcome to PTHS!
