For weeks, each grade has been working to draft their scripts for the annual One Act Drama Competition. Fear you may have missed out on joining this year? Well, that’s just impossible! Every grade could always use more help. Whether that be additional cast members or crew, you’re wanted. Don’t be afraid to reach out to your grade’s director or producer and get involved- there’s always space!

You may be thinking, “this isn’t for me,” but how would you know that without trying it out first? The one act drama competition, due to being almost entirely student run, makes it easier and less stressful for newcomers. It does not matter if you’ve never tried out for a play, or have never been involved in any kind of show. High school is your time to grow and try new things - let One Acts be one of them! You can make new friends, find a new hobby, or simply grow more immersed in this school and all it has to offer.

Even if you are not inclined to performing or working behind the scenes, you can still show support for your fellow classmates by coming out to see their plays on November 29th!
